Mineral extraction regularly causes environmental damage all around the world. Tracing where those minerals end up is crucial for accountability. Yet, these industries remain incredibly opaque. As part of the Green Blood Project, Forbidden Stories tried to track all the companies linked to Guatemalan nickel, Tanzanian gold and Indian sand. Where do you start? Who do you talk to?
