This webinar is the first in a series of sessions on stress management for investigative journalists, aimed at making you better at understanding and managing our often stressful work life. You can expect to learn to recognize when you are off balance and practice methods to help you get back into balance and integrate them into your daily life. It will be followed by four digital meetups.
The webinar will cover the following topics: The health and wellbeing of investigative journalists - The landscape of stress - Self-awareness – Self-regulation.
