Green energy is supposed to be a good thing, right? Yet, in Serbia, many small hydro powerplant projects are tainted by corruption and harming the environment. In Ukraine, 'green oligarchs' are cashing in from solar powerplants, and taxpayers are providing the funds. European banks are giving out loans and incentives for 'green' investments that are often less clean that they should be. Join the panel to learn what it looks like when green turns dirty.
